Barilla al BronzoPenne Rigate No. 352

I used this penne in a baked pasta dish and tasted a few noodles before assembling it. Having cooked the pasta for 13 minutes, the texture was firm and pleasantly dense. Flavor was wheaty and cake like but not prominent. Deep golden color. Texture held up very well in the bake.
